How do I place my order?
Visit https://www-qa.cookingwithque.com/product-tag/meal-prep/ and select the meal prep option of your choice. (e.g. 3 – day, 7 – day or bulk options)
Orders for 3 day, 7 day or individual orders must be placed by Friday at 12 p.m in order to receive meal prep pickup or deliver on Sunday
Orders for 4 day or individual orders must be placed by Tuesday at 12 p.m. in order to receive meal prep pickup or deliver on Wednesday
Are there any commitments?
What happens next? Allergies? Dietary Restrictions?
After you place your order and make payment, you will receive an INTAKE FORM via email. This form must be completed promptly and will allow us to make any custom changes you need for your meal. (e.g. any allergies or dietary restrictions) Please check your spam folder and other folders for the email.
Once we receive your intake form we will make your order!
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer free pick-up and delivery for $20.

We suggest one of the following solutions:
Get it delivered to a neighbor’s house.
Get it delivered to your place of work
Get it delivered to a nearby business or restaurant that wont mind you picking it up at a later time during that delivery day & time.

What if I am not home to accept the delivery?
How do I know the delivery times?
Can I narrow down my delivery window?
Deliveries typically arrive between 8 am and 8 pm. We are unable to offer a narrower delivery window; however, you never have to be home to accept the box. And thanks to our specially designed boxes with insulating liners, ice packs, and cooling material, you can rest assured knowing everything will still be cool by the time you return home.
To ensure optimal freshness, we advise that you unpack your ingredients into your refrigerator as soon as possible once they arrive.
What if I don't want a delivery every week?
I have an allergy. What do I do?
Cooking with Que has a variety of menus that could potentially contain an allergen. Ingredients are stored in Cooking with Que facilities segregated by packaging that results in protection from cross-contact.
This protection is as rigorous as the handling, storage, and display segregation achieved in typical retail establishments (supermarkets, etc.). Most ingredients pass through Cooking with Que to the customer sealed in the packages they were received in.
Our Classic Plan can be customized via the following preferences: beef-free, pork-free, seafood-free, Veggie, Family-Friendly, Calorie Smart, quick, or variety.
However, we do not yet offer the option to tailor your plan for specific allergies.
That being said, Cooking with Que Team, which has dietitians, reviews every ingredient for any of the major 8 allergens: wheat, milk, soy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish.
The dietitians then use this information to identify and disclose if any recipe contains any of these allergens. Information about any potential allergens in any recipe is then posted on the website next to the meal choice, and the specific ingredient that contains the allergen is called out.
We leave it to our customers to review the ingredients and determine which recipes best meet their dietary needs.
There are countless customers with strict allergy requirements who use (and love!) us but substitute certain ingredients from their own fridge or pantry for their particular needs.

Do you offer organic ingredients?
Some, but not all, of our ingredients are organic. The focus of Cooking with Queis on helping our customers make those first steps towards cooking well-balanced meals at home. While the majority of our product is not organic, what we do concentrate on is what produce looks and tastes best.
We work with trusted, experienced, and sustainable business partners to ensure high quality, seasonal, and farm-sourced produce is delivered to our customers at peak freshness.
Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free options?
While Cooking with Que has a variety of meal choices each week, we do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free meals. We leave it to our customers to review the recipes each week and determine which ones best meet their dietary needs.
Eating organic is certainly one way of eating better; however, the focus with HelloFresh is more on helping customers have a positive cooking experience in the kitchen.
We help our customers take the necessary steps to add in more fruits and veggies in their everyday lives.
Do you offer vegetarian/vegan options?
Three veggie recipes are offered in our Classic Plan each week. The recipes contain fresh fruits, vegetables, hearty grains and/or meatless proteins.
With that said, veggie recipes may possibly be made vegan by opting to leave out certain ingredients (like cheese or yogurt). We leave it to our customers to determine the appropriate actions that best meet their dietary needs.
Veggie meals are labeled as such under each recipe. You can log into your account and customize your meal plan to Veggie preference.
What can I expect in a meal kit?
In addition to receiving recipes with step-by-step instructions, you’ll also receive individual meal kits containing all the pre-measured ingredients you need to make each meal. Your proteins are packed separately outside of the meal kit, with ice packs to keep cool.The only ingredients we assume you have on hand are salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and butter.
