Ingredients
- Water (reg or alkaline)
- Fresh Oregano
- Agave Nectar or Honey (your choice)
Instructions
- Boil water for 5 mins
- After about 5 minutes, high five about 3-5 sprigs if Fresh Oregano (to wake them up of course) it will make them more fragrant and make your tea strong! Add the sprigs of Oregano in the boiling water, and steep for 5 minutes.
- Serve in your favorite mug or tea cup and Take deep breaths of the aroma. The steam helps your break down sinus congestion.
- Add your agave or honey to taste you don’t need a lot and enjoy this healthy cup of tea!
