The Rules

  • Follow a diet. No! We don’t believe in diets. We believe in healthy lifestyles so the Meal Preps with Cooking with Que Program works! The Focus is a structured plan with a physical improvement as the end goal.
  • You must complete two 45-minute workouts. One of the workouts MUST be outdoors (we get to play outside).
  • Absolutely NO alcohol or cheat meals(PERIOD).
  • Drink 1 gallon of water #Daily.
  • Read 10 pages of self improvements book daily (AUDIO BOOKS DON’T COUNT).
  • Create a Faith Goal, & Fast & Pray ONCE Per Week (6am-6pm).
  • Snap a Pic Daily

Organize how much water you want to drink and by what time

Meal Prep

The 7 P’s are Prior Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance, you have to plan to eat better if you want to make it through this challenge.  If you need assistance with a healthy eating plan Meals Preps with Cooking with Que is for you.

The 3/5/7 Vegan Challenge was awesome and really opened my eyes to the benefits of eating healthy and planet friendly.
