Put the sugar ( or Agave ) in a saucepan with the cornstarch and salt.
Slowly whisk in the Coconut milk
Bring to a boil on medium-low heat . Cook for 5-10 minutes until thick. WHISK , WHISK ,WHISK.
Turn off and remove from heat . Add Vanilla and Bananas .
Line whatever dish you will be serving from with vanilla wafers. spread the hot pudding over. * Make sure the bananas are covered with pudding so that they do not turn brown.
