Black Eyed Peas

Instructions

1. Boil black eye peas for 40-45 minutes
2. Add 3 minced garlic cloves
3. Add Old Bay Seasoning 1-1/5 tablespoon, or lets be real about 3-5 shakes (depends on how much you like it)
4. Add 2 pinches of Himalayan Sea Salt, if its freshly ground, give it about 5 turns.
5. Add 2 pinches of Ground Pepper, if its freshly ground, give it about 5 turns
6. In a separate bowl prepare the topping (its soo good)
7. Add 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
8. Add 1/4 cup of olive oil
9. Add 2 minced cloves of garlic
10. 1 tablespoon of steak seasoning
11. 1 tsp of Himalayan Sea Salt
12. 1 tablespoon of Agave Nectar
13. Wisk together in a bowl, make a nice blend
14. Add in diced tomatoes (**Optional if you add in onions add it here**)
15. Add in parsley
16. They will be covered and drowning in the sauce (it's ok.) Let it sit until the black eye peas are done cooking.
17. Once the black eye peas are done, get ready to have your tastebuds satisfied, Plate your black eye peas, and top them with our tomato salsa
