Ingredients

  • 1/4 Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp of Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of cane sugar
  • 3 medium English cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced pitted kalamata olives or black olives.. whatever is in your cabinet!
  • 3 Tbsp Vegan Feta (optional.. listen I love it)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all of your ingredients
  2. Toss them all together, make sure it's covered completely
  3. Chill for at least 2 hours
  4. Stir before serving and top with vegan feta #WhewChile!!
