Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Regular Kale
- 1 bunch of Lacinto Kale
- 1 bunch of Red Kale (but it looks purple, just sayin)
- 1 package Baby Bellas (portobella mushrooms)
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of cooked Quinoa (my cousin.. you get it ? Quiana... Quinoa? (just saying)
- Braggs Liquid Aminos (to taste) a couple squeezes!
Instructions
- Rinse all of your veggies!!!
- With the Kale you will just peel the kale off of the stem. By any means, remove the stem. You can cook your kale on med/low heat so that it will cook, but not over cook it. Your kale should be its natural color. Sautee the kale with Liquid Aminos (not to much).
- After about 3 minutes, add sliced baby bellas.
- Pour in the Quinoa, the flavors are going to be ridiculous!! Get ready!
- The tomatoes you will add last because you don't want them to get mushy. Never overcook any of your veggies! They should keep their color! If you overcook them all the good stuff disappears :) This dish shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes to cook :) Plate it and let your tastebuds be #ForeverSatisfied!
