Ingredients
- 2 bunches of kale
- Liquid Aminos
- Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper (if you like spicy, if not ignore this ingredient)
- Fresh Garlic
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Wash your kale thoroughly
- put about a tablespoon of olive oil in a medium (whatever will hold the kale)
- Warm pan up with Medium heat add sliced garlic clove
- Add Kale
- Drizzle another tablespoon of olive oil over the kale
- Add Liquid Aminos to taste
- Add Pepper to taste
