In Honor of February being Heart Healthy Month I bring you this Delicious Heart and Stomach happy meal !!!! I don’t know if here is ever a time that I didn’t love stuffed peppers. The rice the cheese, I mean anything you put in those little mounds of happiness I’ll eat them. This is a simple recipe that you can make your own, by adding some of your favorite things. Like portobello mushrooms, seitan, whatever your hearts desire.
